One of the great advantages of matching with an au pair from Go Au Pair is the fact that they have flexible arrival dates. Rather than chartering flights for groups of au pairs at a time, Go Au Pair actually books each flight individually to help accommodate the needs of the host family.
They do all they can do get the au pair to your home as close to your preferred date as possible. Some factors that might affect the au pair's arrival (outside of Go Au Pair's control) are embassy delays, visa approvals, and heavy travel times during holidays and summertime.
Also, there is an optional New York Introductory Training that is available at no cost if you would like to have your au pair attend that training prior to her arrival.
